@warrenellis I would have to disagree: the worst part of writing is when you have a great idea and nothing to jot it down with for hours.
a warm gun is the personal web site of multimedia artist and resident geek Ian Adams, based out of Seattle, WA. This particular page shows all posts from January, 2009.
The most recently posted stuff can be found on the front page. Older posts and articles are listed, by category and date, in the archives. There is also the Link Blog, which is my (almost) daily list of interesting links and brief commentary on AWG-related topics.
Additional areas on this site can be accessed by using the navigation links on the far left. (Or far bottom if you’re visiting this site using an alternative browser like Opera Mini.)

@wesaturtle Most likely, as well as the millions of people near me when I was there.
The problem with living by yourself is that there’s no one around to send to the store to buy medicine and crap when you’re sick.
Just started taxiing on the runway and then the flight was suddenly delayed 40 minutes. Shortens my layover to just under an hour.
At the gate in BWI. Even showing up late I still get here an hour and a half early.
The Jefferson Memorial is incredible. Now on to the FDR Memorial, then Lincoln.
@hypertextgirl We were standing by the Washington Monument, and the crowd was immense; probably wouldn’t have been able to spot us.
Just finished stopping by the White House, the Capitol Building and the Supreme Court. Everybody is still friendly like you wouldn’t believe
Just got back from the National Mall. Rest, warmth, and then on to the partying!
Woke up, showered and ate. Now we get ready to face the cold and the crowd. But I wouldn’t miss it for the world.
@hypertextgirl this is technically my first red-eye to the east coast. Last summer didn’t count because I was actually headed to London. ;)
@not3xt no twitter pics, but I will be posting photos to Flickr. You should see a notification on Facebook when there’s an upload.
Landed at Dallas/Ft. Worth. 2.5 hours until the connection to Baltimore/Washington.
Waiting at the gate at SeaTac. The plane doesn’t board for another hour. I really need to stop arriving at the airport so early…
Crazy; the entire I-90 bridge is covered in fog, but there’s no fog to be seen anywhere else.
Well shit. Today’s a double sad day: Ricardo Montalban and Patrick McGoohan died today. :(
